Contexte
The annual European Commodities Exchange (ECE), created in 1961 by the European Commodities Exchange Consortium, brings together each year the key players in the trade and processing of agricultural raw materials.
For this 64th edition, the event gathered nearly 4,500 participants and 130 exhibitors at the Grand Palais in Paris.
Missions
Implementation and management of the registration platform (participants and exhibitors).
Creation of an interactive map to facilitate participants’ preparation and visit.
Writing and publishing content (event website, newsletters, print and digital materials).
Coordination of exhibitors (orders, technical requirements, administrative follow-up).
Liaising with service providers (stand builders, caterers, security, graphic designers).
